Went there on Saturday to test drive a vehicle that was priced fairly on the Internet. We started negotiations with the salesman who then went to see his manager." Par for the course" . He returned and said that the lady manager had increased the price by $1000. I told him that was wrong. How could she do that so he went back into her and returned saying that she removed the $1000 again. He kept going back-and-forth to the manager so finally I went into her office and asked her what the problem was. . She asked me to leave her office as there was a lot of personal information on her desk and she would speak with me shortly. We waited another half an hour with the salesman going to the office and heard glancing over at us and nobody saying anything. Finally, I got upset And walked into the office in front of three Other managers squished into this little office. I told them that I had been to many dealerships in my lifetime, but this one was the scummiest I had ever been to. The manager then asked me if it was fair to sell the vehicle to us while there is a party ahead of us negotiating the vehicle. She then asked me if the salesman had relayed that information to me. I went back to the salesman and asked him why he hadn't informed us that a couple ahead of us were buying the vehicle. He maintained he had no knowledge of another couple buying the vehicle. The whole story came together then. The salesman increased the price by $1000 in an attempt to bypass the first couple for a higher price to us. They played good cop bad cop for over two hours Just holding us there in case the first couple were not approved to finance the vehicle. This is the nastiest experience I have ever had in a deal. Ironically, we visited another dealership close by to test drive another vehicle and I relayed the story to a manager there. He laughed and said he was very aware of the lady manager that was running this place that is called a dealership. Run while you can. !
