I went in for an oil change and asked for a splash shield replacement. Oil change was completed but the splash shield was not discussed with me and it was not replaced. I had to call, go back to order (purchase) the part and I have to return tomorrow to get it installed. Wish everything had been taken care of when I initially requested it. More
