Juan was a good sales person, but I have had the most frustrating and unacceptable experience from this dealership after buying a brand new accord. They gave me the vehicle with scratches on it. I paid extra money for a first place finish for paint protection and they completely ruined the paint, leaving micro-scratches, swirl marks and marring all over the car. I have only owned the car for a little over 2 months as of today, and the dealership kept it for over a month. They would not fix the multiple scratches they caused at once, and wasted my time. The sales manager straight up lied to me on the phone saying the car was ready finally after they had it for the fourth time, and i drive there to find they did not fix a single issue. They caused the front bumper to pop out in the process and took me two trips to the dealership for them to fix. The car still has all the swirls, micro-scratches on the paint and were not able to fix it, even though they had the car for over a month and i dropped it off to them several times. Unacceptable service from them, and i paid 1700 dollars extra for them to ruin the paint. Absolutely disappointed, as i never expected to have these many issues and the mental stress from a honda dealer.
