Mark was very helpful and approachable. I asked a ton of questions and he made them all feel valid and answered them thoroughly (even when I felt that some of my questions were redundant o I asked a ton of questions and he made them all feel valid and answered them thoroughly (even when I felt that some of my questions were redundant or things I should know). It's easy to be skeptical of salespeople in general but I felt Mark was genuinely interested in us making the right decision for us. He was not pushy in any way either which is very important to me.
