Went on the website, after having visited our local KIA - Pensacola

Went on the website, after having visited our local KIA dealer, that did not have what we wanted. Immediately called, after finding the color and make, we desired. Was put in contact with Dalton who had a positive "can do" attitude which was refreshing, and assured us, they had the make and model we desired, After bemoaning the point, that I needed to drive to Daphne, and did not feel comfortable doing so, until my current vehicle was serviced, he offered to come get us in Pensacola, and take us to the dealership, if we desired. All of this was delivered in a very low key, personable, and caring manner. We arrived, he showed us the vehicle, explained everything, and we were on our way back home within two hours. A job well done..

Excellent dealership. - MRWDMAN

Excellent dealership. The fresh Prince of Hyundai was the best salesman I have ever had. He was not pushy and explained everything about each car we looked at. My final decision was the perfect vehicle for me. It had more amenities than I was expecting to get for the price I paid for the Tucson. Don't want to leave Chris our finance guy out. He too was fantastic. Highly recommend Hyundai of Mobile to everyone,

I have purchased 5 new cars since 2014 from Tameron Honda. My salesman has always been Jay Donkel. Jay is a friendly, personable man who responds timely when contacted. He has always done what it takes to get me the model and color car with the features I wanted. When I moved to a neighboring state, I bought my last car from Jay and he had it delivered! My interaction with everyone at the dealership was great, - CraigNyreen

My interaction with everyone at the dealership was great, especially Jordon and Ralph. They were courteous, professional, and made the transaction smooth while explaining the process. That said, I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars rather than 5 only because of the communication difficulties I experienced. The phone AI agent is disfunctional at best. The AI agent was unable to connect me with my sales person, even though I entered the person's extension when prompted. When I was finally able to transfer to a live person, that person was not located at the dealer I was trying to contact and they were also unable to connect me to my sale person. Lots of room for improvement with the AI/reception process.

I got the best deal ever on my 2025 Pro 4 X. - donnaredding93

I got the best deal ever on my 2025 Pro 4 X. I would not be happier with the entire process. Rhonda my sales person did a great job explaining the process to me. Without being pushy. Tony, the General Manager was determined to get my payments whereI needed them. Not only that, Matt Bowers gave me a complimentary Lifetime Engine, Powertrain, and Transmission Warranty. I have had someone to give me a Lifetime Warranty. Saving me hundreds even thousands of dollars if I were ro need it. The Finance Office Dara made it all go smoothly . Adam and his crew were informative with a tour of their Service Department. The entire staff made this the most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. I would recommend Matt Bowers Nissan South Mississippi to everyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I am proud to be a welcomed member of the Matt Bowers Nissan South Mississippi Family. Donna Redding
