Taylor was very informative and helpful to us in our buying process. Brandon was also attentive in helping everything to go smoothly. The time getting to the finance officer was less than expected and being chauffeured to and from that office was a positive addition to the process. Thank you all for a wonderful product and for WONDERFUL AND GRACIOUS service. Inez Younge

I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405. - Jaha2722

I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. - Shayla

If I could give them 0 stars I would... everything was good with customer service up UNTIL they basically gave the car away that me, the sales rep MOOSE and JACK the sales manager discussed. I called to express my frustrations and concerns with the general manager who I admit on the phone seemed concerned at that time but at the end of the day its clearly all about a sale. Both Jake and Jack stated that they would do their best to make things right. And as I still wait and have not heard from anyone as promised... Needless to say I wouldn't do business with them even if they were giving the car away for free.

I strongly advise against this establishment. - latricegrace

I strongly advise against this establishment. The deliveries were indeed pleasant, but that’s the only reason they received a star. The service manager, Vicki Reeves, was solely focused on making a sale and completely disregarded any other concerns. Despite multiple emails exchanged, the issue remains unresolved. I was planning to purchase another vehicle for my daughter, but this experience has made me reconsider. It’s a terrible business!

Just not trustworthy - Snuffydogg

I see a car that wife wanted... go in and see several different things... all cars 900over cost, but three different prices are shown.... get manager to give me a price e, almost accept it, then he starts adding on fees, tells me incorrect information on taxes, fees, and the car itself. He kept pushing sale, but wouldn't answer questions. All the while playing Christian music... a modern day money changer.... WWJD.

Buyers BEWARE. - Kris S.

Buyers BEWARE. HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. We were working on a new purchase and my trade. I wanted to get the trade value on my truck and once we agree we could move forward with the purchase. I have a text message in writing that Dean Mitchell (the owner) agreed to a certain amount for my trade. At that point I allowed them to run my credit. Once all the banks approved, Dean Mitchell came back and said he couldn't give me the amount he agreed to, and lowered it by thousands of dollars. This is not what we agreed to, and I only allowed my credit to be ran because we already had a deal. All we had to do was the final paperwork/signing and it was done. I drove over to the dealership once we had all of the bank approvals, to find out that Dean had completely changed the deal that was already in writing. I have no idea why they would want to do business this way. Only thing that I can figure is that my vehicle was to nice and expensive for them to afford buying. Seems like they are in the business of buying cheap. Being a customer who usually purchases a new vehicle each year or so, they really made the wrong call on this one. I will never do business with them, and I hope that this will help future shoppers to know what kind of business they run and how they will treat people. Very unprofessional, and not a good business model to have. I don't like to leave negative reviews and usually don't. But this was so above and beyond frustrating that I had to put it out there, and hopefully it will help others avoid this dealership. I will keep spreading the word amongst my clients, friends, and family. Please read the other negative reviews that are out there on this dealership. I'm very confident that they are mostly all true. On a positive note, my salesman Larry was great. He was on my side and very understanding. I really felt bad for him, losing an easy sale because of his management team, and their shady ways of business.
