I bought a new Terrain from here Oct 2025 and its been a nightmare. Long story short, my car had to have engine replaced and after my car had been there for almost a month, I hadn't heard a word so I reache nightmare. Long story short, my car had to have engine replaced and after my car had been there for almost a month, I hadn't heard a word so I reached out and miraculously my car was ready to be picked up that day. I drive this car 2 times since and now its overheating. Has to be towed for the 3rd time and something was cracked when engine was replaced. Well, someone there had to be the one to crack it because the car has literally been sitting in my driveway since I got it back. To get to the point. I will never buy from Mandal again. My husband talked to me into in the first place and trust me, he will here about this for a LONG time. I even drove an hour and half to buy a jeep wrangler that mandal had on the lot but again I refuse to buy anything with the name Mandal attached. I wish you guys the best but you will not see or hear from me again. The car is no longer my problem. Being towed 3 times and unreliable to be a drivable car is a real downfall on a brand new vehicle More
