Extremely unprofessional and poor service. They refused to look at my car until about 1.5 weeks of it being there, and took another 3 days to do what they admitted to be a 30 minute fix. During that time, I never received an update, call back, or explanation of what was going on. Not even the service manager, who I requested to talk to multiple times, would speak to me. Customer service emailed me asking how the service is and I wrote an in depth email explaining what was happening and received no response. They swept all of my questions and complaints under the rug. More

I had a scheduled appointment on the 7th of July 2026, for 10:00am for a check engine light. I brought my vehicle in and dropped it off. My wife picked me up and we hung around the area for a couple of ho for 10:00am for a check engine light. I brought my vehicle in and dropped it off. My wife picked me up and we hung around the area for a couple of hours because we live 35 miles from the dealership. I called the dealership at noon to find out if it had been diagnosed and it had not. We hung around for another two hours then called again to find out if my truck had been diagnosed and were told it had not. So after four hours my truck had not even been diagnosed to at least inform me why my check engine light was on. We left D’iberville where the dealership is located and headed home. The next afternoon, July 8th, I was informed that my truck was diagnosed and I had a leak in my air cooler outlet pipe. I was told the dealership didn’t have the part in stock and would have to order it and that my truck would probably be ready the following day. Miss Susie Hathaway asked me if I wanted my air filter, cabin filter, and fuel filter changed since my truck was already in the shop. Originally I told her yes, but after hanging up I called her back and told her that I would change all three of the filters out myself vise paying over $400 for the service. On July 9th around noon I called the service department and asked to speak to the service manager. I was told he was out to lunch. I left my name and a call back number but never got a return call. Around 1:00pm the service department called me to inform me my truck was finished and ready for pickup. I picked up my truck and brought it home. Several days later when I went to change the air filter and cabin filter I noticed that the three screws that hold down the air filter cover were completely backed out and the hose clamp for the intake hose was loose as well as the cover itself. I took pictures of all of this before performing the filter change. When I was finished I called the service department and asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was out. Again I left my name and call back number but never got a return call. On the evening of July 12th which was a Sunday I went on the dealership website and left a message for the dealership manager to contact me. I never was contacted. On Tuesday morning I called and asked to speak with the dealership manager and was told he was with a customer so again I gave my name and call back number but was never contacted. I have never in my life had this much difficulty trying to reach any kind of management from a business. At this time I’ve elected to cancel my service plan with the dealership and advise my family and friends to avoid this particular dealership as a whole from sales to service. More

Called for a recall made the appointment for over a week in advance. Service department called trying to push the mobile service that I did not want. So wasted my time on a work day where this truck is used and cost me money. More
