I had an appointment at 10:30 and showed up just after 10:00. My vehicle sat until 10:50 before going in for service. This is my first service after purchasing a new vehicle. My vehicle wasn’t returned un 10:00. My vehicle sat until 10:50 before going in for service. This is my first service after purchasing a new vehicle. My vehicle wasn’t returned until around 11:45. I asked for my vehicle to be washed it wasn’t. On the way home my warning light came on for windshield washer fluid. There was supposed to be a tire rotation and I don’t think it happened. The drivers seat was moved all the way back and not returned to original position. None of this should have happened to any customer but for a first time customer I have concerns as to who is managing the service department. I hope you figure out how to resolve this problem. I don’t have any names of anyone in the service department since no one introduced themselves. More
