My experience at Brandon Honda began with Dyaa Shihabi. He made what began as an initial car search at three different car dealers (Honda, Toyota and Volvo) a real standout and remarkably positive experience., I was looking for a Honda Pilot and he immediately showed his mastery of all aspects of Honda and especially this model. Helped me learn and knew the answer to every question I had. I came back the next day to BUY I was so impressed and happy with his professionalism and no pressure approach.. I then went through an experience with various other members of the Brandon Team. All pleasant, helpful and efficient. Totally positive experience in all regards. Just can't say enough good about Dyaa and Brandon Honda. I will come back to this dealer and Honda in the future if I buy a second car..

Benny listened to what I wanted, came up with a few options, took his time to let me know the difference between them all and how they fit what I was asking for. Took me on a couple test drives and went over all the features and differences between the different models without pressuring me to pick a model or even to buy. Made me feel comfortable with making my own decision instead of feeling manipulated. Benny to the GM who came over and talked to me to finance made the entire process feel easy and made me feel like they genuinely appreciated my business. I will definitely be recommending Westshore Honda, Benny and the entire staff to anyone I know that is interested buying a car. Did do my research and came in with a high opinion of Honda already but now I am a fan of the people at that dealership as well as the manufacturer.
