I had a great experience working with Eddie and George (salesmen) and Cassatt Gutierrez, (Finance & Sales Manager). No pressure and upfront interaction with the sales personnel. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! ! DON’T Provide your driver’s license. Do not fill out any application. DONT TRUST ANYONE! We were told the dealership ( Roger Blasco) would do a s ! DON’T Provide your driver’s license. Do not fill out any application. DONT TRUST ANYONE! We were told the dealership ( Roger Blasco) would do a soft credit pull, but they immediately ran multiple hard inquiries. The salesperson said it would be “only 3,” but more than 5 banks ran our credit — before we had even seen the vehicle we were interested in. We wanted to know about numbers and he went straight to the financial department and we were waiting and waiting. Please Be very careful with their online prices. They will not honor them and will tell you to “read the fine print.” From the moment we walked in, the experience was a nightmare. The pressure tactics started immediately. The salesperson, Roger Blasco, was rude and dismissive, even telling my husband he needed to “decide which vehicle he wanted to see” in a condescending way. When I stood up twice because my child was tired and the numbers did not make sense, he made comments like, “Is the car for you or for who?” The situation felt intentionally stressful and manipulative. We were kept there until 11 PM while the finance department searched for approvals. We were given a pre-approval at 16% interest and told to come back the next day for a “better rate.” We asked to leave the vehicle there since we had to return anyway, but they insisted we take it home, a common tactic so customers become emotionally attached to the car. The next day, we were told the finance manager was “in a meeting,” but it was clear they were adjusting numbers behind the scenes. We then dealt with manager from financial department Glenda “Gigi” Guzman, who admitted that other customers had complained about the salesperson’s behavior before. She told us to return the next day to speak with higher management. Another employee, Jaily Olivera, presented herself as a “director,” spoke about firing the salesperson, and acted very helpful at first. Later, we realized she was another salesperson. She pressured us into signing, saying the car “belonged to the bank” already and we had no choice because we had signed a pre-approval. After all the crap she talked about helping us out, she hanged up the phone & end up blocking my husband number. Such a liar and unprofessional this poor young lady!! We also gave a $1,000 deposit that was not clearly reflected in the contract. We were told that adding prepaid maintenance, and a protection bundle, the GAP would be “free” but it was “employee price” This was not true. The vehicle is sold AS-IS with no dealer warranty, making many of these add-ons useless. When I carefully reviewed the contract, I was shocked. The numbers did not match what we had discussed. Later, when we returned to remove these add-ons within the 30-day ( basically on the third day) cancellation period (which is our legal right), we discovered a second contract with different numbers had been created using our original signed documents. “Management” from Financial department claimed we had to wait until we make the first payment to cancel these products, which is misleading. They also tried to say the higher-priced contract belonged to “another customer,” but it was ours. Another finance employee gave us a copy of the newer contract showing the changed numbers. This dealership showed: * Lack of transparency * Misleading credit practices * Pressure sales tactics * Misrepresentation of staff roles * Contract discrepancies * Disrespect for customers’ time and rights IF YOU LEAVE THIS DEALERSHIP feeling “happy,” please go home and READ your contract carefully. Look for hidden fees, add-ons, higher numbers of what you expected and what you signed. They will rushed you to sign as well. Everyone here care about their commission& nobody wants to assume accountability. I am deeply disappointed and would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
