I purchased a car from Westshore. The experience was fine except very slow. After the purchase I was owed multiple items to be installed. When I contacted them, they apologized, and said someone would get back to me that day. No one called. I contacted them the next day and they said they would walk over and let me know. No one called me back. I messaged them again with no response. If you want to have an experience where you are quickly forgotten after you've made your purchase, go to Westshore Honda. Once they have your signature they treat you like "who are you?". Their communication is TERRIBLE. More
