I purchased a car from Westshore. The experience was fine except very slow. After the purchase I was owed multiple items to be installed. They claimed they would order the items and immeidately call to schedule installation. I waited over two weeks with no one contacting me. When I contacted them, they apologized, and said someone would get back to me that day. No one called. I contacted them the next day and they said they would walk over and let me know. No one called me back. I messaged them again with no response. If you want to have an experience where you are quickly forgotten after you've made your purchase, go to Westshore Honda. Once they have your signature they treat you like "who are you?". Their communication is TERRIBLE. More

They helped very much in solidifying what car I wanted.. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted they helped me make up my mind. In my opinion both “good guys.” They were both aware I wanted the “ trunk cover and assured me that it would be ordered for me - so I walked away satisfied. I was a bit stressed out when I sat in finance man’s office. I signed or initialed so many documents without really having chance to read them. I “virtually” signed them. The amount of papers was overwhelming 80 pages!! I would have sat there for hours if I chose to read all that. It was the only concerning moments I had. The gentleman who was going through that phase of the process was also a courteous & professional individual. Today July 30, 2026 I took the car into Westshore HondaI believed I had a possible problem with the car and was assisted by a totally professional and personable young man, Jerome. He walked me through what I thought was a problem in a few minutes & I was out of there. I appreciate the help of all four gentlemen who assisted me.
