I saw dealership employees using my vehicle to transport workers around the dealership while I was waiting for the service to be completed. Almost every time I bring in my vehicle, there is a communication issue with the service department. This time, Edwin Morales (sales) approached me and automatically spoke to me in Spanish. Luckily, I communication issue with the service department. This time, Edwin Morales (sales) approached me and automatically spoke to me in Spanish. Luckily, I speak Spanish and told him I had an appt. for an oil change. He assumed I didn't speak English and delayed getting someone to help me. A service tech I had dealt with previously comes by and sees me and tells Edwin he doesn't speak Spanish and can't help; he recognized me and knew I spoke English and purposely didn't help, which is fine, because in my previous dealings, he lied about not needing an oil change, but I did. Nic came by to ask what the issue was. Edwin stated he couldn't find a Spanish speaker to help me. Nic asked again what the issue was, understanding that my service was being delayed. I had to interrupt and tell Nic that I spoke English and never asked for Spanish speaking. From then on, Nic was super helpful and offered to have me taken to work. I appreciate his commitment to true customer service. More
