We have been taking our vehicles to the Palm Harbor Honda Service Department since 2008, and for many years we were extremely happy with the service we received. One of the main reasons we continued coming back was that their pricing was competitive with other service shops, and they always seemed to make an effort to help customers save money. Unfortunately, that has recently changed. The dealership has made changes to the way they charge for services, and discounts that longtime customers have come to expect are no longer being offered. In the past, Palm Harbor Honda seemed to look for ways to save us money; now, it feels like the focus has shifted in the opposite direction. I currently have three Hondas that I have regularly serviced at Palm Harbor Honda, so this is not a decision I take lightly. After nearly two decades of being a loyal customer, it is disappointing to feel that the value and customer service that kept us coming back are no longer the same. At this point, I will seriously consider taking my vehicles elsewhere for service. I may even rethink purchasing future Hondas from this dealership. I hope Palm Harbor Honda takes feedback from longtime customers seriously and considers returning to the customer-focused approach that earned our business in the first place. More
