Dabari (GSM) and Jose in Service provided prompt assistance with a question about tires. Very impressed with the entire operation and all the employees I had contact with. Only trip to the dealership (3+ hours away) was to pick up the X5 in pristine condition which exceeded my expectations. Well worth the drive!! F150 in for their "Works." Plus repair left front flat tire then put the tire back on & put the spare tire being used back under the truck. Called-truck ready but spare tire not put back nor none of the jack stuff stored as requested. Had to wait until this was done. Have always used this dealership for the 5,000 miles "works" (my truck, bought new here, has 197,000 miles so has been a lot of visits!) & first time a little mess up.
