Brought my truck for an 8 AM appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Truck was sitting out waiting for 2 gallons of antifreeze to be delivered until 840. Was told they had to order it even tho Arrived 10 minutes early. Truck was sitting out waiting for 2 gallons of antifreeze to be delivered until 840. Was told they had to order it even though I had the appointment for four days. When I asked why I was told they did not want to have me cancel and be stuck with 2 gallons of antifreeze. Service went fine after this waiting almost 50 minutes for two simple gallons of antifreeze is ridiculous. More
