Best service department all around! Helpful, courteous, and a wealth of information. Everything is clean and everyone, even if they are not your service manager will help. Car is returned back in great working order and all problems are taken care of in a timely manner. From sales to service, the whole team at Hyundai of Saint Augustine is in my opinion the best.! More

Long time customer and purchaser of cars at Hyundai St Augustine. Came in for routine oil change and to take care of a recall on my 22 Sonata 1.6T. Waited some 3 hours. Finally after no updates, approache Augustine. Came in for routine oil change and to take care of a recall on my 22 Sonata 1.6T. Waited some 3 hours. Finally after no updates, approached service desk, only to be told the part for my recall was not in stock. This was an appointment that WAS FOR ADDRESSING THE RECALL I had been notified was required. I have worked with Tundi for years, great experience usually. Believe this particular visit could have been better prepared for (recall part in stock) and certainly should not have required the hours I waited, when the part was not even in stock. More

I went in the dealership for two things. A recall on my vehicle and the 20k service (oil change and tire rotation). When I entered the service bay I told the person why I was there. I had al A recall on my vehicle and the 20k service (oil change and tire rotation). When I entered the service bay I told the person why I was there. I had also put this request in writing through the scheduling online system. When I checked out I didn't thing to ask if everything was done. However when I got home I checked my paperwork and found they had not done the oil change or tire rotation even though it was on my paperwork. Now this will cause me another trip (40 miles round trip) and 2-3 hours of my time. This was really aggravating for me. I follow their rules and they still didn't do the job. I know people make mistakes but when there are multiple instances to do what's asked and it still falls through the cracks, it really irritates me!!!! That's all. More
