He and the rest of the staff I interacted with were very hospitable. Jimmy in particular was eager to help, and answered my questions readily. I appreciated that he didn't try to push me beyond my budget or sell me something other than what I asked for. So far I'm pretty happy with my purchase!

From initial contact, through ongoing availability searches, identification of prospective vehicle matching my preferences, negotiation of final terms and post-purchase customer support, Abraham rates 5+ stars and 11 out of 10!. He was in continual contact as to the status of my requested vehicle, totally responsive to every text, email and phone call, an advocate for my perspective during the sales process and extraordinarily helpful in answering numerous questions regarding the vehicle's features and functionality following the execution of all sales documentation. On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on. As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made. I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored. Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles. In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested. I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready. The car was brought to me at the gate. Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge. I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle,

this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.

Bait and Switch tactics. Usually you don't see this sales strategy with the advent of internet car shopping, but I guess some dealerships still think they can get away with it. Called about a used 4runner, priced just below average for the mileage and year. Glad I called first and asked about the "$749 Doc Fee, $395.00 Vehicle Theft Protection, $1,495 Resinstall Ceramic Technology." Which of course gets the total price above the market average. Apparently all of the fees are mandatory, no exceptions. Well, my business is optional so best of luck tricking the next person to pay for the cheap spray on ceramic coat.
