Called the dealership got in contact with Angela Jeshili , from the minuter I spoke to her I knew I would purchase this car on June 2 2025 , I practically brought the car over the phone and picked it up on June 3. She was professional, answer all my question , worked and multitask great on the phone ,was knowledgable , never tries to over speak me , she knew I was full aware of things like money factor residue etc . 🚨 WARNING: Dishonest Dealership – Stay Far Away from Honda of Staten Island 🚨 On August 16, 2022, I purchased a 2019 Genesis G70 (VIN: KMTG44LA9KU029847, Stock #KU029847) with 14,511 miles for $36,990. The car was advertised with a clean title and a clean Carfax, with “no accidents reported.” The dealership even gave me a clean Carfax , front page clearly showing “no accident reported, Carfax guaranteed.” Fast forward almost 3 years and countless issues later, I tried selling the car — only to be told its value was far below market because of a serious accident history. When I received the real Carfax, I found the truth: 👉 The car had major damage to the front, side, rear, and roof. Not a minor accident, but a wreck that destroyed value and safety. The Carfax Honda of Staten Island gave me in 2022 had the first page altered and the middle pages removed — the exact ones showing this damage. I still have both reports, the fake one they gave me and the real one that proves the fraud. This is outright fraud. They knowingly sold me a car with a falsified Carfax, hid the real history, and passed it off as clean, a direct violation of consumer protection laws. I emailed them multiple times, zero response. No accountability, no effort to resolve. Clearly, this isn’t the first time they’ve pulled this scam. But this time, they picked the wrong person. I’ve spoken with 2 attorneys and am preparing legal action. I'll also be a filing complaint with the BBB, Honda corporate headquarters, and the District Attorney’s office to investigate. If you’re considering buying a car here, ask yourself first, Do you want to risk paying top dollar for a car that was wrecked? Do you want to be handed a fake Carfax report while they smile and shake your hand? Do you want years of headaches and a worthless resale value? If your answer is yes, then shop here. Otherwise, save yourself the nightmare and RUN from Honda of Staten Island. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there, this is absolutely not one of them.

This is my 3rd card getting from them all my families got cars from them we never have any problem. But until now my husband crv was stolen. When we called the insurance company said the we do not have full cover. Crv 2025 we no full cover and the dealer gave us with out a full cover ( lease) was in shock why because they was the one who did that for my husband. Only that one did not have full cover the one has. My complain is why the Honda does not want to help us. How they gave us a new car without full cover (lease car) now we are responsible they are so friendly when you in the dealer trying to sale a car but when you have problems nobody know anything.

I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.

As always, I was warmly greeted by Susan Jogie, who sets the tone with her friendliness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I learned my warranty had expired, so the repairs were costly. While there, I started browsing the website and saw a car in my price range, which led me back to the dealership on Saturday, August 16th. That’s when I met Stephanie Rivera, and she turned what could have been a stressful experience into an amazing one. She instantly made me feel comfortable, listened to my story, and empathized with my situation. She was extremely knowledgeable—she had researched the car ahead of time and even taught me details I didn’t know. Her patience and professionalism stood out, especially since I was nervous about moving from a paid-off car back into monthly payments. In the end, I purchased my second vehicle from Bay Ridge Honda, this time with a warranty. Stephanie guided me every step of the way, kept me updated on both my new car and my old Pilot in service, and even had the running boards I wanted ordered and installed the very next day (in just 15 minutes!).
