During the process he even went above and beyond by using the 15 minutes of waiting time while the manager finished the financial paper work to contact our insurance company and make sure our insurance was covered and transferred to the new car.

Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. I was treated very UNFAIRLY by one of the salespersons by the name CHERYLANN WAMBOLT. I made an appointment to test drive a 2021Toyota 4Runner. She new I was coming from PA almost four hours away. While driving up for my appointment for over three and a half hours about half hour before reaching my destination, I get a phone call from her stating the the appointment needs to be cancelled because the vehicle has been sold. Is this how a Hommonasset Ford treats it's customers? That is UNACCAPTABLE!!! I never heard of anyone being treated that way. How do you sell a vehicle that was supposed to be test driven the next day?!?? If you make an appointment with this dealership to test drive a vehicle, be prepared to have your appointment cancelled.
