I was initially skeptical due to past negative experiences at other dealerships, but Kia Huntington quickly erased all my concerns. I was first assisted by Ana, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to address all my needs and concerns, making the process feel easy and comfortable. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to lease a 2024 Kia K4. George handled the financial portion and did an outstanding job helping me stay within my budget. He went above and beyond to offer additional services and support for the duration of my 3-year car loan. I'm truly grateful I chose Kia Huntington. Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.

He was training Dominic at the time, and both of them were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. A huge shout-out to their sales manager, Simeon, as well! He gave me a truly excellent deal on my new Kia, which made the decision even easier. Honestly, the whole process was so smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. I have to admit, they bent over backwards for me to meet my needs, especially after changing my mind and a few occasions pertaining to this vehicle. In January,I needed my Kia Serento seen for a problem in Utica, Ny. the local Kia did not have an opening til 2/25, over a month away. I called Burdick Kia and was able to get a service appointment within 3 day. I was dropping the car off early because a planned vacation. There was no problem with that for them. They also were able to get to the car problem earlier than planned. The service manager, Ms Harris, has been so helpful in getting me in for service. After the experience from xxxx dealing with Destination Kia in Albany I was so glad to discover Romeo Kia. At Destination everyone seemed fixated on how they're a "high volume dealership" and the constant reminders that they're the "4th largest Kia dealership in the country" made me feel like they wanted me to be grateful for them, not that they were grateful for my business. By the time I was done being put through the wringer waiting two weeks for a car I had a deposit on at Destination I was burnt out and over it. Dealing with Ryan Layton at Romeo Kia really saved the car buying experience for me. Ryan is down to earth and friendly, and went above and beyond to get me into the car I bought asap. He even came in on his day off so that I could take the vehicle next-day. Romeo seems to be a smaller family owned dealership where they take the time to meet their clients and make sure they're satisfied. I was introduced to a service manager, business manager, and general manager and all were eager to make the process as easy as possible. The general manager took the time to thank me at the end of the transaction and promised that Ryan would be following up the next day to make sure I was happy with the car, and that's exactly what happened. I hope to have my current car for quite a while, but I'm glad to know that I won't have to look for another dealership when it's time for a replacement.
