The person told me I needed a 'tire and wheel rotation" needed on a 5 month old SUV with 3950 miles. And I would have to pay about $ 400. That was 100% wrong! The misstatement turned into a learning lesson for us both. I understand being wrong is one thing , but staying wrong in another. They corrected the mistake by imparting a wealth of dealer related knowledge on things I dd not know. So, their level of professionalism and transparency meant a lot. We all make errors. There was no particular recognition that I was a repeat customer, and the offer that they gave me was really high. When I asked about pricing for a lower trim, they said, "Oh, we don't have one on the lot"—and nothing else. No, "we can find one for you," which I've had dealers say all the time. Tasca Kia just didn't seem to care whether they made a sale or not. I found a considerably better deal elsewhere, and took it. More
