I leased a car from Tascia Kia a couple years ago, and had a mixed experience--the finance guy added an interest point at the very last minute, and then I never heard from the sales guy again. Once the deal was done, I was out of sight, out of mind. Still, with this lease expiring, I went back to see about another Telluride, and was reminded why I don't love this place. There was no particular recognition that I was a repeat customer, and the offer that they gave me was really high. When I asked about pricing for a lower trim, they said, "Oh, we don't have one on the lot"—and nothing else. No, "we can find one for you," which I've had dealers say all the time. Tasca Kia just didn't seem to care whether they made a sale or not. I found a considerably better deal elsewhere, and took it. More
