I emailed this dealership looking for 1 of 2 specific out of production, vehicles and manual transmissions. The man who helped me write said that they didn't have any n. But I could check back later 2 days later. Ray texted me that they had one of the vehicles in and was able to set up an appointment for me to see it. My trade in died on the way. Do the dealership because the internal computer finally s*** the bed. I called the dealership and spoke with Michelle, who said I could have it towed in when I got to the dealership, Michelle took great care of me was able to get me financing even though there were issues with my credit report. And put me in quite literally my dream car.

We had an excellent experience buying a Hyundai Ioniq 5 at Metrowest Hyundai. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Nicholas Andreoli, was especially great; enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful, and very patient. He really knew the car and spent a ton of time explaining all of its features to us. Then when we came to pick up the car, he spent another hour teaching us the car. This is our first all-electric car, with touch-screen apps, so there was a lot to learn! Nicholas has kept in touch with us and did another instruction session with us via phone and FaceTime a few weeks after we brought the car home. He has always been cheerful and patient. We have never had this kind of personalized service with any previous car we've purchased (and we're in our 70's so we've bought a number of cars over the years). Nicholas gets the award for being the best car salesman we have ever dealt with!

Previously I purchased Fords from a dealership in NH. Two guys that I work with had purchased from Patrick Mazda and were happy with them. I looked at the website and went by. The sales person was very happy & polite, no pressure. Let me drive different cars. It was a very easy process from beginning to end. I went back to get the sticker & registration and Justin greeted me like he was my best friend and had not seen me in two weeks. That is so refreshing! The service department said it would be a bit for the sticker but I was out in 20 minutes. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Would highly recommend them. This website doesn't include Mazda and made me pick something. I purchased a Mazda CX-30.

I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and the team we dealt with was exceptional. Don is an excellent salesman - no pressuring just offering up the facts that we needed to make our decision. Both me and my husband enjoyed working with him. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He, as well as the rest of the team with dealt (Ken and Erica) made the car buying experience (which is normally stressful) a very pleasant experience! My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car. It has a nice "small town" feel to it, which is great. I've been to the other dealers in the Boston area and you are just a number there. They honestly don't care if they get your business or not in my experience. Most relaxing experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I inquired about a 2008 Ford Explorer for sale online. Bobby got right back in touch with me with actual details about the car-not just “it’s a good car come on over” blanket statement that I received from other dealers. We stopped in to take a look at the vehicle and Bobby remembered my inquiry (from a week ago) and got the keys and plates for us right away to test drive. There was no pressure at all to buy the car or that gimmicky “cars salesman lingo” (if you know, you know!) just honest conversation about the car. I have been buying cars for some time and the difference here is Bobby took time with us to share everything he knows about the cars history, even calling the previous owner for some of our questions. I had not had that experience before. Bobby made this process very easy, quick and stress free- couldn’t ask for a better experience. I 1000% recommend this dealership.
