I had an exceptional experience with Acura of Auburn purchasing my first brand-new car, a 2026 Acura MDX Advance! From beginning to end, the customer service was outstanding. Keith was amazing throug purchasing my first brand-new car, a 2026 Acura MDX Advance! From beginning to end, the customer service was outstanding. Keith was amazing throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted, worked hard to get me a great deal and a lower APR, and most importantly, followed through on what he and the dealership promised. I had visited two other dealerships before choosing Acura of Auburn, and the level of attention, honesty, and customer service here made the difference. Leo truly went the extra mile. Before I even arrived, he sent me pictures and videos and introduced himself so I knew exactly who I would be working with. During pickup, he patiently helped me set up the AcuraLink app and showed me how everything worked and explained the features of my new MDX. He even helped put in my new floor mats, cleaned up and threw away the boxes, and made sure the vehicle was inspected, registered, and ready for me. The beautiful red bow on the car made the moment even more special! He was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and also made my mother-in-law feel very welcome by offering us coffee and snacks.
