As i previously said a couple of times this was the best car buying experience in my life(70 years). Actually one of the top 3/4 buying experiences irregardless of the product. Did not play your typical car buying experience.Good cop/ bad cop. No let me check with my manager. No 6 hour process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours including going to the bank and back. Great experience with the financial guy- Carlos Escobar. Again no typical car buying experience. I owned a business for 45 years so i can identify good , quality,first class customer service. As long as Peter is still there i will continue to do my car buying at this location.

Great experience from beginning to end, I contacted them online and went in person to complete the deal and everything went smoothly. Our salesman Nero was great and so was their finance team. I buy cars often and we were very happy with our results, no last minute fees and their process was straightforward and easy. Won’t hesitate to use them again on my next purchase. They also had a great selection of cars, not just Mercedes.

After the test drive, we decided on the vehicle Claude gave us all the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. I recently purchased a CLS450 Mercedes on March 20, 2025, and had the absolute pleasure of working with Robert Jarman—better known as RJ. This was an out-of-town deal, and RJ made it seamless from start to finish. His communication was top-notch—he kept me informed at every step and truly acted as my eyes and ears throughout the process. RJ went above and beyond by providing detailed, narrated video footage of the vehicle—inside, outside, and even under the hood. He coordinated the white-glove transport of the car to my home in Michigan, showing care and professionalism the entire time. When it came time to close the deal, he personally picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Afterward, he went a step further by graciously taking my wife and me out for cocktails, making the experience not just transactional but personal and memorable. I've bought many cars over the years, but I’ve never encountered a sales experience quite like this. We are so happy we trusted Benz of Tampa with our first ever out of state car purchase. It helped that they had the best price, best condition, perfect carfax, and most loaded example of the vehicle we were shopping for. Our salesman Anas was just fantastic and his professionalism dealing with an out of state buyer was a major relief. He patiently and deftly addressed our questions and set up a video call to show us around the car stopping for anything we asked for a closer look at. He also took time in that call to tell us what he knew about the features and creature comforts loaded into the vehicle. At this point, we knew it was going to be great experience with the dealer, however we still wanted to be careful… Leaving home our flight was delayed due to weather and the struggle was real at the airport. We spent 13 hours in our own hometown airport as tornadoes rampaged between here and Tampa.. so we had to get the car the next day. Arriving at the dealership we actually managed a sneak peak of the car while pulling in. First impression? The car is jaw—droppingly well detailed and… What a dealer!!! The nicest Mercedes Benz cars I have ever seen. How exciting. Anas quickly welcomed us and he was so friendly, professional, and well dressed. He thanked us for coming and promptly asked us if we had had our coffee yet. He brought us to his barista and had lattes made for my wife and I. My wife had a chai latte and found it delicious! Anas took us to the car for a walk around and test drive and wow… Kudos to the detail shop the car was better than new. The airport is close by so we had great long roads to test drive to my heart’s content. Everything was right with the car even the tread on the tires was 10/10 so we got back and Anas connected us with his finance manager. Anas had started the finance team on the paperwork while we went for a test drive, so our meeting with the friendly finance manager was quick, easy, professional. After 5 minutes the car was ours. While we were with finance Mr. Anas had two fresh lattes made for us to go. There is so much more I can say about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Anas but I don’t have the words. He was fair with us on the negotiation as well. I’m just so thankful. He’s the best. Our ride home was perfect and included a stop at a gorgeous Florida beach. Overall, we had the best dealer experience we could have ever imagined. We know first of all we are very lucky and we are so thankful to Anas and his team. You can absolutely trust Mercedes Benz of Tampa. They will treat you fairly and leave you be delighted. Ask for Anas!

I worked with a very nice sales person, very professional. he spent time showing me the cars and explained to me everything to the point that i made a decision to buy from him until I met with the most horrible disrespectful manager i've ever seen in my life. I ve never seen a manger that yell at his customers. Just because he did not like my offer, he went all red and started to yell that everyone in building heard him. I felt very bad for the sales man, he worked so hard to get my business but the ray….t manager ruined everything. I will never buy from Mercedes, Audi and Porsche of Melbourne (Same Owner). I wanted to purchase new tires from my local Mercedes dealership before the trip but the size tires my car takes where not in stock and if ordered they would not have come in time. I called Mercedes Benz of Fort Walton Beach, they ordered my tires and installed them while I was in their area. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is to thank the Fort Walton Dealership for their excellent service. Joe in the service department was great and I had the pleasure of visiting with the General Manager Ray Villarreal, who I have to say was one of most sincere and professional persons I have ever dealt with, ever. I highly recommend Mr. Villarreal and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach.
