Heather is seriously the best service advisor I've ever had hands down. Chippewa Valley Mazda went above and beyond. Keep in mind my car didn't not just need a little bit of work. They worked back and forth with Mazda, and Heather kept me up to date with every little thing. Her manager was no different absolutely the best experience at any dealership I've been to. I can be a hard customer to please and I can't recommend Heather enough at Chippewa Valley Mazda.

Service was great and very timely I love the shuttle service. I have 20,000 miles on my car and the guy checking tires is like you need new tires soon. I asked what the life span of these tires are and his response was 55,0000 miles but Michelson are not good they come on the new vehicles and do not last. I felt he was on commission for tire sales. I would definitely get other estimates on tire quality and life span from other places before getting tires from your dealer ship. The approach was a complete turn off.
