This problem does not lie in the team at Lenz but in the owner himself. Very disappointing how the owner treats his customers. I test drove a truck in the morning and the owner told me how well taken care of that vehicle was. He even revealed who the previous owner was to me and in my opinion that is very unprofessional, but that was only the beginning. I liked the truck and got numbers on it with my trade in value. I agreed to those numbers and got set up with a finance guy from their other deal ship hours later because I had to leave and we signed the paperwork on the new truck. After I went to pick up the new truck I had asked to keep my tonneau cover as it was a gift from my parents. Brian(owner) goes to look at my truck at this time. My fiancée and I are outside looking at the new truck(that wasn’t filled up with gas or washed) when Brian storms by us telling me to not get my hopes up on this deal because my trade wasn’t worth anything. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He proceeded to argue with me as if this was my fault and tell me that this deal is going backwards and he’s not taking my trade. I informed him I had already signed the deal and that the paperwork was done. He proceeded to argue with me and storm off. He comes back outside and I tell him how ridiculously unprofessional he has been and I questioned how he ever thought it was okay to treat anyone like that. He had no response. Brian attempted an insincere apology after I told him I would be leaving a review and then he tried to walk me backwards out of the deal by saying he understands if I am upset and do not want to buy the truck anymore. Multiple employees of this unprofessional business owner apologized for his actions. Come to find out this is a regular occurrence. NEVER again will I purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I have told many people of my experience and told them to stay far away from this place.
