From the beginning of our visit until we walked out the door with the pickup truck we came to look at, Anthony sheperded us through by answering all questions, explaining Umansky's pricing policy and offering helpful information as we looked at the truck. We requested a few small items and Anthony was able to make them happen. No request, question or concern was ever an issue and was met as a welcome opportunity for him. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the purchasing experience seamless which, as many have experienced, is often not the case.
