They don't listen to the customer. I asked them over 4 visits and 7 months to check my alternator and they said it was fine. I have had 2 other shops check and confirm that I have had I asked them over 4 visits and 7 months to check my alternator and they said it was fine. I have had 2 other shops check and confirm that I have had a bad alternator which now needs to be replaced. If they would have checked the alternator months ago while my vehicle was still under warranty, I would t be having the issues I have now. More

I had my oil changed and tires rotated and they left all my rims loose. I was driving by Jeff's automotive repair in Cudahy stopped in and asked them to look at my car and they said all my wheels were loose my rims loose. I was driving by Jeff's automotive repair in Cudahy stopped in and asked them to look at my car and they said all my wheels were loose. They weren't tightened up especially the front driver side that was gonna fall off lucky no one got killed. I want my money back $72.74 that they have not talked to me since I tried to talk to the service manager, but he would not talk to me. I talked to Brad. He talked to me a couple times but Nick the service manager would not talk to me. I talked to the head service manager and he just said he'll refer it to Nick and nobody called me back. There are awful place to go and have your work done. Plus they tell you you need more work on your car and that doesn't need to be done. they're lying to you. More
