Very disappointed with the service at Lake Chevrolet, especially my service advisor, Natalia Murillo. From the beginning, I told them I believed the issue was the transmission sensor. My advisor shoul especially my service advisor, Natalia Murillo. From the beginning, I told them I believed the issue was the transmission sensor. My advisor should have been upfront and told me they would not be able to diagnose the problem because the check engine light was not on. Instead, I was left waiting only to be told they couldn’t diagnose it. I also asked for a diagnostic report, but Natalia Murillo couldn’t provide one. Their solution was simply to waive the inspection fee. The issue was never about paying for the inspection—I came in because I needed my truck fixed. The service manager was no help either. I asked for a price to replace the transmission sensor, including parts and labor, but neither he nor Natalia Murillo could provide one. He told me to bring the truck back when the check engine light came on again. I also asked if they had driven my truck to see if the check engine light would come on. He said they had, but when I asked how many miles they drove, he couldn’t answer. Instead of addressing my concerns, he walked away while I was still talking and shut the door to his office. I found that extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager made a comment about a kitchen sink, which I found offensive because it made me feel like I was being stereotyped simply because I am a woman. Overall, I felt dismissed, my concerns were ignored, and I left without answers or a solution. I expected much better from a Chevrolet dealership. More

The service department does quality work, and I feel confident that my vehicle is well taken care of every time I bring it in. I also really appreciate that they wash my car before returning it, which is a thoughtful touch. The entire process is efficient, courteous, and stress-free. That's why I gave them a 5-star rating, and I would gladly recommend this dealership to others. More

I was charged $9. 95 for the lock for my tires when the lock for my tires is in my truck they didn't bother to ask then I was told that my air filter was gonna be chang 95 for the lock for my tires when the lock for my tires is in my truck they didn't bother to ask then I was told that my air filter was gonna be changed that was included in. It was not changed. It's at 75%. I paid $89 about that much for an oil change. For the service Chevy really needs to do better. More

I cannot begin to describe the excellent assistance I received from Cecilia Rodriguez. She is the most patient, understanding, kind and informative salesperson I could have ever asked for. I was very nervous and scared as it had been 18 years since I bought a new car, and I'm a lot older, so comprehending can be a challenge for me! Cecilia helped me every step of the way, giving me all the time and information I needed in such a patient and caring manner, never making me feel rushed with my repeated questions. I truly was blessed to have her. Cecilia went well over and beyond the normal expectations of a car salesperson! I highly recommend Lake Chevrolet. The entire sales and service staff are great. More
