Excellent Customer Service – Highly Recommended! - GeorgeF.

Excellent Customer Service – Highly Recommended! We recently decided to trade in our Ford Explorer for a newer model, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Eric, our salesperson at the Longview, WA location, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Thanks to his outstanding service and attention to our needs, we ended up driving home in something even better than we originally planned—a beautiful Ford Expedition. The entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations. It's refreshing to work with knowledgeable, friendly people who genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a great vehicle and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Eric and the team at the Longview location!

I appreciated the knowledge and experience of Jeremy - garymcninch

I appreciated the knowledge and experience of Jeremy Gourley when we bought an Explorer xx. Especially since my wife (basically it is her new car) does not care for car dealers or car salesman. Jeremy made the whole transaction smooth. We got a very nice new car at a tremendous price. He listened, explained and ran us through the entire process smoothly. When you are ready to buy a Ford, go to Corwin and talk to Jeremy.

Work took 2 days when 6 hrs should have been plenty. - 213CHUCK

Work took 2 days when 6 hrs should have been plenty. Apt was at 830, when I left at 945 my vehicle was setting out side.. told vehicle would be ready by 3-4pm that day. I was called and informed not going to be ready. I was assured it would be ready by noon the next day. It was 2pm when I finally got it. Part of my work was under the "warranty forever" and was taken care of. When I was told of repair needs, I was told that in the past both issues I had were covered under warranty. I was informed when I came in for repair only part was covered.(was I lied to or major change in warranty service). The paid for service was reduced by about $100, I appreciate that. I will continue to have my service done here.

I've bought two cars from Dan Couch, and both have lasted - aftandanielle

I've bought two cars from Dan Couch, and both have lasted me over 10 years. That says a lot about the vehicles he sells and the care behind them. He’s always been honest, knowledgeable, and focused on getting me into something reliable. What really sets Dan apart is the follow-through. He has always made sure my cars kept running great, and his service department and staff have taken excellent care of me every time. If you want someone who will look out for you long after you drive off the lot, I highly recommend Dan Couch.

Subaru of Spokane Ian my salesman, Chris sales Manager, - Kinghamm

Subaru of Spokane Ian my salesman, Chris sales Manager, Patrick dealership manager, and Michael finance all went above and beyond for me. They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oi changes! Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything. Chris was great at making it right for me. Patrick I can't write how truly grateful I am for his kindness and wanting to make everything ok for me. Great people!!!!
