They were helpful they got me through the financing and I can't say enough about how great they were. They made me comfortable while I waited for the financing to come through and they treated me with dignity and respect. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a used car.

I bought a new 2025 Chevy Colorado from Blade Chevrolet in Mount Vernon, WA on June 10th. It could not have gone much better. Thanks to the internet, I was able to get things lined up ahead of time. My salesperson was Kevin Sampson. He was great to deal with, a really nice guy. The truck was up front when I got there and we pretty much got down to business. The whole process took less than 2 hours. They honored my Kelley Blue Book trade-in appraisal. I got a decent finance rate I could live with. I did not feel any pressure to buy. I only felt a little pressure in the finance department when they try to sell you the "extra" stuff. Overall, it was a great experience. Oh, the coffee was great, too.

Great selection of vehicles. Came at closing to look at an online listed truck and was welcomed very warmly. The truck was exactly as pictured and had been cleaned. My sales associate was Zayne. He provided all the data and did not try to sugar coat anything or force a sale. Felt very relaxed and comfortable talking to him. At the time of negotiations, he was very happy to do what I asked and very upfront. They went above and beyond the expectations I had. All parties stayed over closing time to get me the truck and I was very happy with the price I got for the truck and the interactions with Zayne. He offered us refreshments, ran to get me an air freshener, and other little items throughout the 2 hours I was there. Of course, during the actual negotiations was a bit more intense with the financial manager but I came in prepared for those conversations. Overall a great experience.
