At one point we had three trucks pulled up side-by-side in front of the dealership, pretty much filling the guest parking spaces, so I could sit there and compare the details of each one. I really appreciated being able to take my time, look at everything side-by-side, and figure out which truck was actually the best fit for us. Darryl and his manager then took the time to work through all of the available discounts and rebates to maximize the value for us. Once we compared the numbers, buying a new GMC Sierra 2500 Denali instead of one of the used trucks became a pretty clear choice. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. I had done quite a bit of homework and came in with plenty of questions, and Darryl was patient, knowledgeable, straightforward, and gave us the information and time we needed to make our own decision. The finance side of the process was equally good. Everything we were purchasing was clearly explained, including our options for additional coverage, without any pressure to add things we didn't want. Once we made our decision, the entire process was surprisingly quick and easy. Buying a new truck is a significant purchase, and I drove away feeling very good about the truck, the deal, and the way we were treated throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Darryl and the team at Northwest Chevrolet. They made what could have been a stressful decision into a genuinely enjoyable buying experience. More

Warranty options should have been gone over prior to finalizing financing so I could see mu options. Not upset about the warranty I did get, just should have been told about them and the cost prior to financing. Overall good service. Slow down on the financing paperwork, especially with new buyers and customers. More
