They have been given a demand letter and reported to the WA DOL who has an active investigation, and the AG. Original review:: David sold our RAM Truck on consignment in May. Boyko still hasn't paid off the truck with our bank. Leo makes weekly promises to pay off the loan and does not follow through claiming that third party company hasn't processed the payment. David and Leo continue to put fault on one another as to why payment hasn't been made. Leo put a stop payment on original check to our bank claiming David did it wrong. After several visits to see Leo and the same verbiage he seems to use for everyone, we are still not seeing any progress in another check being issued. Claims it's "pending" and that his third party bank does not have a phone number we can call. I'll give one star because he did pay me the fees we were charged after the stop payment but I'm more interested in the loan being paid off. Will be seeking further legal action. Please read reviews, BBB complaints, and AG complaints before going to Boyko. More

But I didn't want to go out searching for another perfect one. More

I’m sharing this because I don’t want another family to go through what mine is going through. My elderly mother trusted Boyko and wired $25,000 for a Volvo. Shortly afterward, we realized there were serious concerns, including the vehicle having a salvage title that she did not understand when agreeing to purchase it. We contacted Leo within three hours, and he told us he would help reverse the deal. Three weeks later, she is still waiting for her money back. She never signed paperwork, the vehicle was never delivered, and only $2,000 has been returned. Watching an elderly person deal with this kind of stress has been heartbreaking. Please protect yourself and your loved ones — verify everything before sending money. More

This dealership has defrauded my mother out of over $24,000 - it’s been 3 weeks and nothing but excuses coming from the dealerships owner (Leo). My mother is in her 70s and mistakenly trusted this dea $24,000 - it’s been 3 weeks and nothing but excuses coming from the dealerships owner (Leo). My mother is in her 70s and mistakenly trusted this dealership - it was not properly disclosed that the title was rebuilt, within hours after wiring the money and realizing her mistake my mother requested a return of funds -no paperwork or sales documents were executed but the money was apparently swallowed up into the black hole of terrible deals on terrible deals. My mother has received no car, no title, and no refund - she is elderly and losing sleep, experiencing severe health issues due to stress all for trusting this dealership was a reputable company. The behavior of this company, the owner and all the staff is abhorrent, and blatantly dishonest! I pray you do not experience or have to go through what my mother is experiencing at the hands of this dealership. Buy from anyone else. More

I have been communicating with this seller regarding a motor coach. The plan was for me to drive 12 hours to look at it and potentially buy it.
