I purchased a used F-150 From Madison Ford 2 days ago and it was really the best car purchasing I'm ever had. I had been looking for the right truck for months and had a lot of dealerships waste a lot of my time. I just happened to be traveling past Madison and stopped to see what they had. I find the perfect truck and worked with Johnny to help me through the process. I really trusted Johnny, which says a lot in this industry. He worked really hard to make sure that we had a great experience and got exactly what we were looking for. I drove it Friday and came back Saturday to sign the papers. It took maybe two hours total including test driving, trade valuation (I got 4 prices for my trade and Madison was the highest by far), credit app and paperwork, and signing and driving home). It was really just an easy, stress free, process and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at the dealership was great including the finance person. I never once felt like it was me against them as I find typical when purchasing a car. I would love to buy all of my cars at this Dealership.

We brought our Edge in the night before for service the next day. At close to 2 PM the next day I text the service advisor for a readiness. 74 minutes! later I received a response. Moments later a different service advisor call to say, it would be near 5 PM before the vehicle would be ready. We dropped the vehicle off the night before to prevent getting caught in 5 PM traffic. Beyond the mid-70s year old and raining, we senior citizens make plans not to get caught like this. As far as the actual service work. It is too early to comment. Don’t misconstrue, we have 2 vehicles from Shelor and their service department is the only ones to have serviced our vehicles.

We live in Colorado and found and purchased a new truck via Dustin Shull and Paul Obaugh Ford. I shopped around quite a bit and found the experience to be frustrating for the most part. By contrast, my experience with Dustin and Paul Obaugh was first-rate. Dustin sold us the truck we'd been searching for with no hassle or surprises. The truck cost what he said it would and he was very patient with us through the entire process of selling and transporting the vehicle to Colorado. I highly recommend Dustin as a salesman.

Had my 2011 ford fusion towed to Bowditch because my battery died and when I replaced it. I was locked out by my cars anti theft system. My adviser was Al Cusano. It took about two weeks to get my vehicle back. Prior to heading to the shop Al called me and asked did my dash lights work. I replied yes and he said well they don’t now. When I got to the shop to pay I asked him to explain what was going on and he told me that wires were cut off of the main harness which caused the lights not to work. Well more than my light weren’t working nothing in the dash works. He than told me there was nothing else they could do because they don’t have manuals for my vehicle. The mechanic basically cut blindly causing more damage but, they said they were focusing on getting the car started and that I should take it to Best Buy because they install after market alarms and the best he could do is give me a discount. He even stated that they found a harness but it’s 2700 dollars as if I’m supposed to pay for the damage they caused. I’ve called to speak to the general manager Walter Holmes. I can’t seem to get him. I’ve left voicemails and sent an email still no reply. Seems like I’m being ghosted.

And Saturday, I'm sure, is a tough time for auto sales because that's when everybody wants to come. I am pleased with the used vehicle I purchased; and I'm sure that it was well-maintained. Only problem I have is the "anti-theft" addition that I was told was in place (apparently a window-etching that I feel will be ineffective in deterring theft; and is a very inexpensive process "already installed." ) for which I was charged an additional $199.00 and was breezed-over during the contract signing process. I trusted the sales representatives and didn't notice the added charge until three days later....
