I was due to travel for the holidays but the truck was not safe to drive. Josh, the Service Manager at Key Honda was able to find time in their extremely busy schedule at the last minute. I am very grateful to Key Honda and their excellent Service Department for fitting my truck into their schedule at last moment.

Terrible, no stars, had to put one in to post. traveled an hour and half to an appointment and they sold the car just before we arrived. Salesmen Doug, pretended the car wasn’t sold and left us at his desk for a half hour and never returned. When we asked the sales manager she told us the car was sold, about this Doug returned with nothing to say and hiding behind his manager. Unethical and slimey, manager antagonistic and cold.

It was the first time a dealer was not pushy and met my budget. It was my last stop, sick of looking at cars, and glad I did stop. The best part, they registered, delivered my new car with a FULL tank of gas! Never happened like that in CT.
