Lincoln was great from start to finish with the buying process. Buying out of state made it difficult to see and check out the car, so Lincoln provided all requested photos and information that I asked fo process. There was a hold up with some documents from the original owner, and Lincoln updated me regularly to keep me in the loop and was always available for questions.
