Having known Brian previously from other occupations it was an easier process to purchase our first Toyota. Brian is more of an assistant in purchasing a vehicle than a salesman. Brian is a kind hearted straight shooter. He is easy to work with and you feel like you are getting real information to make the most informed decision one can make when purchasing a car. I am in the fortunate position that I don't have to sweat the numbers and yet he kept asking the right questions to know who you are so he could recommend the appropriate vehicle and not just "sell" you more than what makes sense. If I were a first time purchaser I know I would have been given the right information and not walked away with buyers remorse. My husband and I bought bought a Toyota Tundra Platinum on 3/28/26. We dealt with Brian. When he came out on the lot while we were looking, he asked if he could help. I told him yes but after we talked numbers because I didn’t want to drive it fall in love and then find out it was out of our price range. Brian had no issues with doing it that way. He was really kind and great to work with. We found that the sales people are not pushy like a lot of dealerships. I will definitely be referring people to White River Toyota and to Brian Fortier.
