I was looking for a new Toyota and went to other dealers and was under pressure. I found a car at Heritage Toyota and Ryan was my salesman. He worked with me every step of the way and no pressure. The dealership was patient and flexible with our search for a new vehicle and found one that we wanted. Our salesperson, Joe Mount, was phenomenal. I had a great experience working with Lindsey at Heritage Toyota. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond when I had questions. What really stood out to me was that she wasn’t just Toyota. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond when I had questions. What really stood out to me was that she wasn’t just engaged with me as a customer — she showed real interest in the vehicle I was buying. As someone who really likes Toyotas, that meant a lot. It made the whole experience feel more genuine and not just like a typical sales process. She stayed involved, kept things moving, and made everything feel comfortable from start to finish. Overall, Lindsey was great to work with and I’d definitely recommend asking for her if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. More
