I will confess that I have a lot of anxiety when working with salespeople - I'm always concerned that they will pressure me into buying something. Tom wasn't like this at all. I did some preliminary research into the various options both with the vehicle and the additional items at closing (which someone should always do), and then I told Tom what I wanted - and he totally honored everything. He always explained the various options and additions I could have, but there was never any pressure to purchase them, which I really appreciated. So Tom does a great job of both informing the customer about the various options but there is never any pressure to buy them. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend working with Tom if you are looking for a new Toyota. More

I only had two complaints in 3+ years with my last 2019 RAV4, the seatbelt alarm kept going off intermittently. Even when I was the only one in it and there was nothing on the sear. Second, I had my car RAV4, the seatbelt alarm kept going off intermittently. Even when I was the only one in it and there was nothing on the sear. Second, I had my car towed in for slashed tires and I was told as soon as there was someone available to work on it, they would. Instead, they waited until I called to find out why it was taking so long. Over a week. It was just sitting there. Then I had trouble keeping the tires (two) inflated. Very slow leak. I gave up and got another RAV4. More
