I have leased/purchased multiple vehicles from Heritage, and I knew I wanted to return there when my lease was up. I was assigned Isaiah as a sales person and I'm very glad I was. Jerry made getting my dream car a breeze. I was always made to feel like a priority and made himself available even on his time out of the office. As for Heritage Toyota, they seemed great and time will tell if they remain as supportive through the next few years but I expect that they will. One thing wish (and this is more of a Toyota thing then heritage specifically) is that they included more the one oil change every 10k. I’ve always done oil changes on my vehicles every 5k or under and from my research on this engine, I will continue to do so. In general, Jerry was great and I’m looking forward to long/easy relationship with heritage. More

We bought a new 4Runner last weekend - Lindsey was awesome! We didn't expect to end up with the 4Runner, so she patiently helped us test drive a Grand Highlander (in the pouring rain!) and had taken awesome! We didn't expect to end up with the 4Runner, so she patiently helped us test drive a Grand Highlander (in the pouring rain!) and had taken the time to understand our needs so she found the perfect 4Runner for us. Lindsey gave us honest answers and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of - which is very refreshing in car salespeople (and rare, too). She was also very knowledgeable about Toyota products and any tiny detail she wasn't 100% sure of she looked up right away (as opposed to making up an answer that was incorrect). We look forward to buying another car from Lindsey next time we're in the market! More
