Jerry was waiting at the door with a genuine smile when we arrived to just "look" at some used cars. He was very engaging and helpful with all of our questions as we test drove a vehicle. His honest demeanor made us feel at ease and is the reason we initially chose to move along with a purchase. Unfortunately he was not available to close the deal but Josué Rodríguez-Falcón stepped in and was equally as amazing.
