From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.

Service at Autonation Ford has always been Superb. My last service on March 11, 2025 was exceptional. I had to bad rotors, brakes replaced, and other major maintenance items completed. Super shout out to the Service Dept Team, Peggy is always on top of her game. Very detailed to attention and will provide honest recommendation's for you to consider. They Advisors, staff, and Tech's work as a smooth running machine. Given the inflation for the last several years has taken its toll on everyone, but Ford has some options to make it easier for the customer to pay for services in a timely manner. I have been bring my F150 to this location since March 2013. Service has always be excellent.. Reminds me the comedy Cheers, nice to know your name. They know their customers well. My F150 is a 2012 and looks and runs like a Rolex, nice to have this type of team supporting and not having any Auto loans. I would recommend to anyone having your vehicle serviced at Autonation Ford. Last, my wife purchased her Ford Escape from this dealership also. Sincerely, Ernest G

Service advisor , Colby came and talked to me, was not pushy to get anything repaired which I liked. Nice, new dealership and will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

What was the point of confirming on the app and through a text message if I still had to reschedule to go in to get the part fixed? Other than that. Good service. They worked on my vehicle very quickly.

Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.
