Hi, I've been to a few Chevy places to get my Tahoe serviced. I can truly say that this has been a wonderful experience. I got my tires rotated, oil changed, and state inspection done on Veterans Day. I had a great conversation with the service tech that checked me in, Steven and the service manager Brad walked me back to the waiting area which had a great assortment of hot and cold drinks. I didn't feel like a number, it felt like family. I'll be going back there for all of my service needs from now on. Thank you, Steven and Brad!!!

Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
