I explained that I did not have a lot of time ant I wanted to trade in my truck. I left with a Traverse approximately three hours later. Vehicle had a transmission issue when purchased brought the truck to the dealers service center for warranty repair. After about a week was informed that one of the parts that were needed was on backorder from GM with no timeframe on when the part would get delivered. Several weeks later was informed that the part had arrived and would be installed within a day or two . The truck was fixed and drives great. Service advisor did provide me with a loaner for the one month that my truck was at the service center.
