Greg Taylor is the best. He is very patient and considers a lot for customers. For example, he would let you do the test driving before you make any decisions. In my case, he helped me to trade in my old car and brought it back to the store as well, and got my lost title replaced and the insurance switched. We did the deal with great communication and attention to taking care of things and in a timely manner too. I never thought I would say this, but buying this vehicle was actually a good experience! Kristen answered all of my questions and helped me to utilize features such as linking my phone with Bluetooth to the Trax infotainmment system. The financial people were very helpful and explored options that were economical for financing the purchase and got me the best rate possible. They were very patient and ex[plained things to me as much as I needed to feel comfortable. Champion Chevrolet in Johnson City has the personnel, inventory and atmosphere to truly be a superior option for car buying customers.
