He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Though we had never met Tyler his interactions with us were like we were long time customers and friends. Newton Nissan South is a phenomenal company. I recently bought a certified pre-owned Nissan from them. I was out of state and had the car shipped to my location. The entire team I dealt with from sales to finance was incredibly professional. I ran into a hiccup after the car was delivered and that's where the true nature of a company comes out. In sales transactions it's not a matter of if something unexpected will happen, it's a matter of when. Even though I was out of state they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be more impressed with their follow- up and follow through. First purchase of a BMW from BMW of Chattanooga, although I have had 3 prior BMW's. As an out of state buyer, much of the work done prior to closing was by email, text and phone. When picking the 2025 X3 M50 up, I arrived a day earlier than scheduled, but they were well prepared. The vehicle was ready, paperwork had been prepared, and the entire staff I met with (5 individuals up to & including the GM) were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a BMW to consider BMW of Chattanooga for your purchase.
