I really enjoyed dealing with Kris over the two months we corresponded. He is a very low pressure Salesman, actually a very good Sales Consultant. We spoke initially and he suggested that I 'build' my RX350h corresponded. He is a very low pressure Salesman, actually a very good Sales Consultant. We spoke initially and he suggested that I 'build' my RX350h on the Lexus website and email him the copy of the build schedule, which I did. I let him know my preferred price range, and he got back with me several times with vehicles that met or came close to my parameters, He 'matter of fact-ly' let me know what was available at Lexus of Chattanooga, or transferable at a reasonable price from other dealerships, over about 5 weeks. When they had an end-of-month/quarter sales push, he was able to almost perfectly match my build with a model they had in stock, and we made the deal over the phone. He suggested they give me a price on my 2016 RX350 trade in, and with a little haggling got me a good price on it, all after-the fact when we had established a price on the new RX. I cannot more highly recommend a Sales Consultant than Kris Stedman. Arriving at the dealership, the business manager, Justin Hendrick, carefully took me through all the documentation of the sale, with concise, understandable explanations for the many documents I had to endorse. He did a very efficient, complete job. The technician, whose name I don't remember, did a thorough run-through of the RX's features and helped me set it up so I was able to drive away like I had owned the vehicle for years.
