Having been rejected by many Nashville-based dealerships throughout 2025, this dealership treated me w I entered the dealership on January 1st, 2026. Having been rejected by many Nashville-based dealerships throughout 2025, this dealership treated me warmly and welcomed me with open arms. I visited this dealership earlier in 2025. They didn't reject me, but they let me know that they could help once I had a down payment in place. I finally got everything together. And having been rejected by everyone else, and I do mean almost everyone, a Facebook ad, a friendly messenger message, and I truly believe the Grace of God, drew me back 40 miles to Columbia, Tennessee. Mr. Damian Maxwell took care of me and ensured I was comfortable with everything, as well as informed about all the necessary knowledge to make an informed decision. Ms. Jess made sure I was taken care of as well, and we got together to sign all the paperwork. I had to return the next day to make the down payment. Damien was wonderful to work with from the moment my daughter and I entered. We had seen a used car online that had the potential of being the perfect graduation gift. I reached out online, Damien contacted me via text almost immediately, and had the car pulled to the front upon our arrival. As two out of state women shopping for a car, oftentimes you are not taken seriously. Damien was kind and respectful, not pushy at all. We did not decide to purchase the car at the time. Instead, we decided to sleep on it and talk to my husband. The next day, I reached back out to him via text and finalized the deal.
