She began her career in sales in 2018 and loves getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. She attended Jackson State Community College, studying Physical Therapist Assisting. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time with her husband, tending to her chickens, cat, and garden, and soaking up the sun—whether swimming, gardening, or simply being outdoors. She also loves cooking and nurturing her flowers. I’m an out-of-state buyer from Florida and had been searching for a very specific Toyota Tundra trim that isn’t easy to find in Florida. After spending countless hours searching online, I finally found searching for a very specific Toyota Tundra trim that isn’t easy to find in Florida. After spending countless hours searching online, I finally found a 2026 Tundra at Jones Ford in Savannah, TN that checked every box—and then some. I knew I didn’t have time to fly up and see it before someone else bought it, so I decided to take a chance and purchase a $60,000 truck online without ever seeing or driving it in person. From my initial contact with Trevor Balentine, to working with Amelia and GM James Gray, the communication was outstanding. The owner, Anthony, even took the time to personally call me and walk me through the history of the truck. That meant a lot to me and gave me even more confidence in making the purchase sight unseen. Danny Lawson and Ray White then drove two hours to Nashville to deliver the truck when I landed. The paperwork was flawless, everything went exactly as promised, and after making the two-hour drive to the airport, they even filled the truck up with a full tank of gas. This was by far the easiest and most stress-free car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Honest, straightforward, no-haggle, and exceptional customer service from everyone involved. I definitely rolled the dice on this purchase, but my instincts were right. Five stars across the board! Thank you to Anthony, Trevor, Amelia, James, Danny, Ray, and the entire Jones Ford team. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from them—especially from out of state—I highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier with my truck or the experience! More

This was our first time doing business with Jones. Ford. We started off our experience with Amy Howard via the internet. We live 2 hours away from the dealership. She made it easy for to set us an appointment time to be there to meet with a sales associate, Amelia Caldwell. This soft handoff was beneficial in our purchase decision. Ms. Caldwell was very knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to. We specifically came wanting to look at 2 Ford Edge vehicles. One new Edge and one used. We didn’t know if we would be trading at this time, but before the day was over we had purchased the new Ford Edge. Amelia was great in answering all of our questions and made it easy asking them. We will be back and will be referring our friends to Jones Ford and to Amelia! More
