I fell bad always calling finding problems with the car but she was and àlways there for us and help. It was a used car and our car was 8 years old and she help us find the right. We finally decided we were buying a new car 2025 CT5 . They were great at help it make it happen. Also service was great, no complaints . They are always but sales and service. The best dealer we have ever worked with. She is understanding. She works and supports her customers needs. We could not have had better sales rep. The staff, especially Logan, were very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was the best it could have been. There was only one situation, my car had been in an accident and the part was not available for an extended amount of time so I was unable to have my car inspected. Once it was replaced, this was scheduled but was no longer covered as a free inspection (in the first 2 years). We did spend a bit of money on tire and alignment so that would have helped and made a difference. The manager that day was not budging- that would have made an impact had he honored the inspection as the delay was out of our hands.
